Each of our plans includes comprehensive services such as drone inspections for the roof, siding, and windows, seasonal AC maintenance, HVAC air filter replacements, gutter inspections, handyman services (with a specified number of service calls based on the plan), 24/7 emergency call center access, and an app to conveniently track and manage your home maintenance.

• Access to Images, Video, and Report: The Homeowner will have access to the images, video, and report from the drone inspection within 10 days after the inspection is completed. These materials will be shared in a secure way chosen by the service provider.

• HVAC Filter Delivery and Installation: FixHouz technician will deliver and install HVAC filters at the Homeowner’s property four times each year. The schedule for delivery and installation will be planned in advance and shared with the Homeowner.

• AC Summer Maintenance and Testing: In spring FixHouz technician will perform maintenance and testing on the air conditioning (AC) system. If the system doesn’t work properly during the test, a separate appointment with a technician will be scheduled. The Homeowner understands that extra charges for parts and labor may apply if repairs are needed, and these costs will be billed separately.

• Handyman Services: FixHouz Handyman services are limited by the number of service calls and the cost per visit, as outlined in the plan. If the cost of parts or labor exceeds the plan’s limit (e.g., $200, $400, or $500), the Homeowner will be charged for the difference. These extra charges will be billed separately and must be paid when invoiced.

• Pest Control: Quarterly FixHouz technician will apply Pestie barrier pest control fast-acting, long-lasting insect killer, professional spray to protect against common pests. Pestie is designed for people, pets, and the planet.

• Siding and Windows Inspections: Siding and windows inspections are performed in the summer. If needed and approved by the homeowner, we will schedule a separate  appointment with vendors. The cost of the  repairs or replacement will be billed separately.

• Roofing Inspections: Roofing inspections are performed in the summer. If needed and approved by the homeowner, we will schedule a separate  appointment with a roofing repair vendor. The cost of the roofing repair or replacement will be billed separately.

• Gutter inspections: Gutter inspections are performed in the fall. If needed and approved by the homeowner, we will schedule a separate gutter cleaning appointment with a vendor. The cost of the gutter cleaning will be billed separately.

• Emergency calls: All plans include 24-hour emergency service for homeowners. The FixHouz team will arrange appointments with technicians and has a large list of approved vendors to help resolve any issues.

• FixHouz App: FixHouz offers an app to help you track your home maintenance.

Cancellation Policy: After three months of service, the homeowner may cancel the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding balances for services rendered prior to cancellation must be paid in full. Cancellation requests can be sent by email to FixHouz.
